Pas Seul

These pages document the re-build of Pas Seul, a 1963 Steel Yawl of Robert Clark design and built in Amsterdam. Formally a race yacht owned by a syndicate, she is now being fitted out for comfortable cruising around the world. A one-off design, she has the sleekest and most classic lines and sails like a true classic yacht should, featured on the cover of Yachting Monthly in 64, on the cover of Practical Boat Owner in 73 and most recently in Sailing Today in Jan 2012 her refit continues at the best yard on the south coast, Steve Hulme and Sons of Thornham Marina.

Pas Seul was included in the Lloyds Register of yachts from 1963 until the last edition in 1980. Copies of those entries from 1963 – 71 under its original ownership and from 1972 – 80 when the register ceased to be printed, can be seen here.

If you have any information regarding Pas Seul’s history, I’d love to hear from you, please use the contact sheet on the right to send me a message.
